RENEWSKIN SUPPLEMENT FOR HEALTHY SKIN

On today's post, I'm going to share about skin supplement! I rarely took supplement as I am not a fan of swallowing a thing that I can't chew *wish you understand what I mean*
I got a chance to try the newest skin supplement in the market called Renewskin. Even though, the Renewskin itself is a new product in the market, it produced by SOHO, a well-known healthcare company.
This Renewskin contains Astaxanthin
All ingredients are natural and the Astaxanthin is taken from algae.
Every 2 tablets of Renewskin contain: 300mg Gardus Morhua extract, 150m Marine Collagen, 20mg Grape Seed extract, 80mg Natural Astaxanthin extract (AstaReal), 5000iu Beta Carotene, 120mg Vitamin C, 60iu Vitamin E, 50mcg Selenium, 15mg Zinc, 50mg Evening Primrose, 20mg Equisetum Arvense Herb Extract, 20mg Aloe Vera, 40mg Green Tea extract
All natural and it's claimed allergy tested which means there's no report of allergy so far ^^
I got the 15 tablets package, the price is around Rp 110.000
You can get it at Watson, Guardian, Century, etc.
It suggests to consume 2 tablets per day, day & night and you can tell the difference within 2 weeks.
As I only have 15 tablets, I only took 1 tablet per day to make it last until 2 weeks :p
You can know the expired date on the package, and make sure all tablet are sealed!
As I cut half down the dose, I know it will impact the result. Well, if we do the math, if 2 tablets per day you will see the result in 2 weeks means if you consume only 1 tablet per day you will see the result in a month, am I right? But, in the first 2 weeks at least we can notice a half of changes? haha
I don't really notice the difference with my naked eyes, but when I applied my makeup, especially foundation, it blends on my skin more smoothly. there's also a difference in my lip area, as you can see my before lips are quite cracking. The large pore still there which I know well if I want to look like a poreless doll I still have a long journey with this supplement :p
This Renewskin can be consumed for all ages and long-term consumption as this is a supplement.
Although, I recommend you to consult with the expert first (doctor, nutrition, Renewskin's staffs,etc) for best result :D
