Another BB Cream review !
It's been so long I haven't review BB Cream, isn't it ?
The latest BB Cream I have is this PhotoReady BB Cream Skin Perfector from Revlon.
Just like other BB Creams, it has SPF 30.
It said that this is a light BB Cream, well then it surely has light - medium coverage.
Hydrates skin like moisturiser, smoothes skin like primer, covers like foundation and blurs flaws like concealer also protects skin with Broad Spectrum SPF-30.
As the name, PhotoReady, Revlon uses photochromic pigment technology.
What is "photochromic pigment" , I got this explanation from google :p

Well, after reading this, I still have no idea. Also the article refers to painting, but I think it works the same way in cosmetics, right? the difference just in ingredients :p
Shortly, this photochromic pigment is the PhotoReady, so when you take a photo, the flash or light, etc, will somehow reflected, then your face won't glaring because of lights.
Comes with three different shades : Light , Light/Medium , Medium
Mine is Light/Medium shade.
The price is around IDR 85.000 on their counter I suppose. It's affordable in my opinion. I remember my previous BB Creams was all up to IDR 100.000 and up.
30 mL size.
It has tube form, so you have to squeeze to release the product. Quite ergonomic for your hand for squeezing purpose. The size is also slim and small, it's travel friendly.
The hole size is perfect not to small or large. You can control the amount you want to release just by controlling the pressure.
When I smell it, smells like Etude House BB Magic Cream that I used few years ago. not too strong though.

This is a water based BB Cream so it's suit for you who has oily skin type.
As you can see on the picture, gives us a matte finish.
Still, I'm curios about the oil control. so, let's test it with blotting film !

| sorryyy....another blur picture T__T |
About 60 minutes later....
3 hours later....
Let's test it on face !
(I just put BB Cream, without base/primer nor powder )

Just right after shower, even my hair still damp.lol
This picture to show if this BB Creams can blurs flaws (my flaws is my blemishes :p ) or not.
After applied BB Cream. It gives me fresher face but it can't cover my blemishes (you can see, there are red dots around my face which are my blemishes :P )
Not covering my blemishes T_T . I tried to build up the coverage but it doesn't work. So this BB Cream is not buildable.
For oil control on my face, I must say this BB Cream has great oil control.
I use this BB Cream when I went to car showroom to fix my car around 10 o'clock, then I must wait until 3 p.m.
After went to showroom and without bloating. The oil excess is measly so you can't see it on the picture. I even slept with it (I slept at the showroom because it's soooo boring...haha).
All pictures are taken with flash to test the "PhotoReady".
As you can see my face looks fine, means don't have any reflecting lights that can make your photo glares.
How it looks like without flash?
