MUA (MAKEUP ACADEMY) NAIL CONSTELLATION REVIEW
12/20/2012
Have you ever heard about nail constellation? It's as same as Ciate's caviar but it's cheaper. It's pearlescent
beads. I never try Ciate, because it's expensive and I think it's not worth it for nails. I rarely took care of my nails.
I bought the "Leo" color. Because my zodiac is Leo!
They named it with zodiac name.
I have to say that I hate this funnel. The hole is too small, so my nail polish already dried when I can cover my nails with nail constellation. So I just stick my nails to the bottle then.
But, I understand why they make the hole so small, so when we don't want to cover the entire nail with beads, it'll efficient enough.
The Face Shop nail polish
I use the exactly same color with the beads. Do you want to know why? you'll see why it's better to use the same color as same as the beads after this.
apply the nail polish, then cover it with the constellation. You have to do it right away, don't let the polish dry, the constellation won't stick to your nails then.
after the constellation cover the nail, stay still! wait about 5 seconds that press the nail, to make the constellation even sticker. The I blow my nails to remove the un-stick constellation. Because the beads is so lightweight and tiny be careful it will flew away.
use flashlight
This is the reason why it's better to use the same color as the beads. There will be parts that the beads didn't cover it. But don't worry, On bare eyes, we can't see the holes. Let's take a look
no flashlight
Tadaaa! see? no holes!
All covered up!
How it's look like?
I grab this from MUA UK website where I bought it.
They have something new right now, fur effect nails, it's the dupe of Ciate velvet manicure. I want to try it too!
